Can I order in an item that is out of stock and how long will it take?
You can most definitely order an item even if out of stock. Instead of hitting the order button please contact us to see if it is possible to order in that product. Depending on the item it can take up to 3weeks to order in. Usually it will not take this long. However charges for the order may apply.
How safe is it to shop/pay online in your website.
This website utilises multiple safety features to help provide you with a safe and secure shopping environment. It is secured with an SSL certificate and allows you to purchase good online via Paypal – the safer, easier way to pay online without revealing your credit card number.
Can I return a product?
Yes, simply get in touch and let us know what the problem with the item is. We will send you out a returns form to be filled out and sent back with the item to us by registered post. For more info on whether you are entitled to a refund for your item or if you can return it for a replacement etc please see our returns policy.
Do you charge anything in addition to the displayed price, such as Value Added Tax or Import duties (only for International Deliveries)?
All our prices are total prices and include any VAT or import duty charges that may apply already.
What is the quality of the product I am buying?
All our jewellery is made of swarovski and rhinestone crystals encrusted in top quality gold and silver zinc bases, as well as imitation rhodium to ensure the longest life for you purchase.
How should I take care of my new Starlit Jewellery?
Take care of it as you would any other Fabulous Jewellery. Look after it and keep it safe and it will stay by your side. Our Jewellery will not leave any green colours behind on your skin if it does get wet. However to get the maximum out of your Starlit Jewellery you do need to avoid constantly getting it wet, and spraying harmful chemicals or alcohol on it such as perfumes/body sprays, as this will erode the coating over time and reduce the life expectancy of your item. We anticipate a 2yr life out of our goods if kept well. This differs person to person.
What diamonds do you use?
We use genuine swarovski crystals and rhinestone crystals.

How to check the status of my order?
When you have made an order we will email you with your unique tracking code for your item once it has been shipped. Details of how to track the item will be found in the email.
How should I contact you for queries regarding my order?

Can I change the order I already confirmed?
To change any order already made you will have to contact us immediately. See our contact page. If your order has already been sent out we cannot change your order. A new order will have to be made or you will have to go through our returns process.
Can I cancel the order I have confirmed?
An order can be cancelled once it has not been shipped and is under the discretion of the advisor dealing with your order. Please contact us immediately. Please note however, it will take some time for the money paid to be returned to you or your card.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order confirmation email from you?
If you have not received your order confirmation after 48hours, please contact email@example.com and we will gladly assist you. sometimes confirmation emails will take sometime to be sent out for the following reasons; Wrong Email Address Provided, Misspelled Details, Bank Holiday Weekend, Back Log of Orders, No longer In Stock, Stock Is Being Ordered.

What are the various methods of payment available with you?
We currently accept payments via: Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order and Paypal. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order you order will be processed upon receipt of the money into our account- this can take up to 14 working days depending on the payment type. If you choose to pay by Paypal your order will be processed as soon as payment has been confirmed by you within your Paypal account. This confirmation occurs just after you click “place order” on the checkout page and have selected Paypal as your preferred payment type.

Starlit Jewellery take on all type of events, big or small. Simply let us know what you are looking for and we will try our very best to help. What if I wanted to get a Private Photoshoot with Starlit Jewellery?
Starlit offer Photoshoot services, not only within our Jewellery Party packages but also seperately for those who wish to avail of it outside of this. We can supply styling, hair and make-up, as well as model and photographer, depending on which you need or where you lack along with our STARLIT Jewellery Collections. Perhaps you are a model, photographer, hair stylist, make-up artist, fashion stylist, magazine editor, promoter or simply a creative mind? GET IN TOUCH. We WELCOME all explorations of the above. (Terms & conditions Apply regarding use of Logo and jewellery, imagery etc).
Do you offer a Personal Styling Service?
We offer our very own STARLIT STYLING SERVICE. This means we can provide a team of Starlit stylists, hair, make-up, photographers, jewellery options (opt in/out), to a group for events, shoots, or for Exhibitions/Collaborations. As well as offering all of the above to an individual. Perhaps your looking for a complete makeover? Wardrobe adjustment, style guidance or a mini make over or some simple “look/style” advice? Contact Us today. We have it all, and at reasonable prices. Advise is generally a free service.

A STARLIT Jewellery Party is a Fabulous and Glamorous Party. No need to go out for fun. We bring the fun to You. Become a Host and we’ll visit you and your friends in your own home. Round up the girls, family, aunties and uncles or make it a couples night and we gurantee you’ll be entertained as well as getting the chance to view our gorgeous range of jewellery first hand in your very own home. How Do I Organise A Jewellery Party?
To organise a STARLIT Jewellery Party all you need to do is contact us and let us know the date for the party, how many guests you intend to have and where you would like to host it. If you need help organising it, we can send you party invites to give to your friends to help them understand what is involved and what different types of fabulous Jewellery Parties we offer.
Where can you have a jewellery party?
You can host a STARLIT Jewellery Party anywhere. From your home, to a kind friends, at work, in a park, at an event, wedding, bridal shower, in an office, school, dorm or even before heading off to your DEBS. Simply have a look at the different packages we offer to get some more ideas.
Do I have to stick to the packages?
No our packages are standard and general guidelines. We can accomodate any type of party to suit your needs. So if you have any questions or ideas, feel free to let us know about them.
Do you charge a Fee for Jewellery Parties?
We DO NOT charge a fee. We do have terms regarding the minimum spend from a party which depends on the numbers that attend. This normally does not cause any issues as it is quite low and normally our customers easily spend past this. So no need to worry.
Do I have to buy the jewellery?
There is no requirement on yourself to purchase the jewellery or on any specific guest. However at a jewellery party, as we are providing a service and have to cover the costs, therefore we do have a minimum spend requirement from the party as a whole which depends on the package you chose.
How long do jewellery Parties last?
Generally we like to take approx 2-3 hours per party, not including set up etc. Times vary depending on the type of party package you chose and also on the number of guests.
What Benefits does the Host get?
As a host you get a whole range of benefits. As well as being the centre of attention, by us and your guests, the host automatically qualifies for a free customized party gift. We have many incentives for a Starlit Host. The more guests spend the more a Host can receive e.g. free gift vouchers redeemable at the next STARLIT Jewellery Party they host. A host can also build up STARLIT points by referring guests to us to hold a party and a Host can also become recruited as a permament STARLIT Hostess and receive even more free jewellery. How many people do you need to host a Jewellery Party?
We generally ask for a minimum of 8 guests including the host for the party to be most enjoyable and packages are based on this minimum. However all packages are adjustable if the number of guests are less than 8 or more than 12.
What is required of the Host of a Jewellery Party?
To confirm the attendance of all Guests. To arrange and confirm a time, date and location for the party. To ensure the minimum spend is reached and that all guests know what is involved. Last but not least, to Have fun, Spend, and enjoy your free Starlit Jewellery Party gift and Photoshoot.
