Refund policy
Faulty Items
The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.nca.ie. If you do receive a faulty item, please follow one of the procedures outlined below.
Exclusions
Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless Starlit Jewellery is at fault. These are items of pierced jewellery such as earrings etc. This is for hygiene purposes as earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be resold once a sale is made as we cannot be guaranteed the item is unused.
Returning a gift
Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the goods. If a recipient does want to return gifts, we will exchange them for Gift Cards of the value of the gift at any Starlit Jewellery Outlet within 14days from purchase.
Returning Goods
Please complete this form with details of the item you are returning and why. Details of where to return the item is detailed on the form. If your return is accepted we will refund you for the postage of the item as appropriate.
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods MUST be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the forecast delivery date. This date will be stated in your confirmation email. Items returned after this date will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault. If the goods are faulty they must not be worn as it will impair our ability to determine if it was a manufacturing fault or caused by the carelessness of the customer.
Alternatively you can visit any of our outlets for any refund or exchange. You must provide proof of purchase or refund and exchange cannot be given.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further information on your statutory rights look at www.nca.ie
Returning Goods on Sale
Items bought on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We make no exceptions. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

It then says: “Please complete this form”…click on FORM….that will direct you to a returns form. Or mail sales@starlitjewellery.com
