We at Starlit Jewellery want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders placed before 2PM are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. If for some reason this is not possible (e.g. out of stock etc) you will be notified by email and your options or the next step will be explained to you.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on any Public Holiday. Any order placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note: If you choose the No Signature Required shipping method, you are authorizing the carrier to leave your package at the shipping address provided and are aware that neither Starlit Jewellery nor the carrier is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.

Express Delivery  Shipped via An Post Express Next Day Delivery anywhere in Ireland. Must be signed for on Delivery.Registered Post €6.95 (inc Vat) Track & Trace Available.
Standard Delivery Shipped via An Post Standard Delivery takes 1-3 working days anywhere in Ireand. Not signed for on Delivery.Registered Post  €5.95 (inc Vat) Track & Trace Available.

Collection Alternatively you can collect all orders from us in person.Simply tick the pick up & collection box and we will arrange a pick up time and date. Normally we are able to provide the items for collection the next day once the order is made before 2pm.If the item is on site you can collect it the same day. Pick ups & Collection No Charge. You may collect your items from our offices. This is subject to availability. It may not always be possible to collect the items within the time you require.Please opt for delivery if you are uncertain if you can collect it in time.

Please note: We recommend that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, Starlit Jewellery will not be responsible for lost shipments.

Starlit Jewellery ltd reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Starlit Jewellery ltd is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
